Refund policy

We offer exchanges on 'change of mind' items only when the item is returned unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping of 'change of mind' items is at the purchasers cost.
We inspect each individual product before shipping. If something is faulty, Coast Kids will happily offer an exchange of the item and cover return postage following an email assessment by our team. We do not cover misuse. In the case of an exchange or refund, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to notify Coast Kids by email with evidence of the concern.
